Visitors Guide Photo Contest

Calling all photographers! Submit your photos of the Vancouver Waterfront or Vancouver, WA, for your chance to be featured on the cover of our 2026 Visitors Guide and a cash prize of $500.

All entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM, Tuesday, September 30, 2025

Reward 

• The winner of the Visitors Guide Photo Contest will receive a cover on Visit Vancouver WA's 2026 Visitors Guide, slated for print in March 2026.

• The winning photographer will receive $500

Entry Rules 

• Photos must be at least 300 DPI at a minimum size of 8" x 10.5" to ensure high-quality print reproduction. Accepted file formats are JPEG or TIFF. Please submit images in RGB or CMYK color profiles. Lower-resolution or undersized images may be disqualified.

• The photographer(s) must be the author(s) of the photos submitted in their name.

• The photographer(s), or the agent or representative entering on their behalf, must be the copyright holder(s) or have been authorized by the copyright holder(s) to submit the pictures.

• By entering the Contest, entrants grant Visit Vancouver WA and its supporting sponsors a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute submitted photos for promotional and advertising purposes, including but not limited to print, digital, and social media. 

• Visit Vancouver WA reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to stated contest rules.

• The copyright holders represent and warrant that submission of the pictures does not breach any law, and further that no third party can hold any claims or any objections regarding the rights granted to Visit Vancouver WA and supporting sponsors. The copyright holders will hold Visit Vancouver WA and its supporting sponsors harmless from any claims from third parties related to this matter.

• The conditions outlined in the Entry Rules are binding, and Visit Vancouver WA reserves the right to refuse or exclude any entry at its discretion.
