With the summer season in its final weeks, now is the time to take advantage of patio sipping to the sound of guitar strumming and mesmerizing vocals. One of the things that makes Vancouver such a wonderful place to live and visit is our talented community of artists, including the many local musicians that frequent Vancouver’s restaurants, nightlife spots, and venues! While many of the businesses that host live musicians feature these artists year-round, some can only host in the summer months when the weather is warm and dry. So, let’s explore some of the happenin’ spots around town to listen to live music, and discover a few of the artists you may spot in the Couve this season!
Maryhill Winery
Starting off at the Vancouver Waterfront, venture into Maryhill Winery to listen to live music coupled with some incredible wines and plates. Situated right on the water, Maryhill offers spectacular views of the Columbia River on a sunny day. Sourcing their grapes right here in the state of Washington, Maryhill offers tastes that are a true reflection of the flavors of the Pacific Northwest and the state we proudly call home. Featuring a rotating selection of artists, sit either inside or out on the patio to take in these musicians’ unique talents. Maryhill’s featured artists typically pop up on Sundays, Mondays, and/or Wednesdays, but to be certain, we recommend checking Maryhill’s Music and Event Schedule to verify before you visit (and make sure you’re looking at the Vancouver location)!
