Hopworks Urban Brewery's newest outpost will feature a 6,000-square-foot brewery and restaurant for up to 300 people. Known for sustainable practices, the brewpub is salmon-safe certified, has a 10 kilowatt solar array and ample bike parking. They will serve beers made only from organic barley malted in Vancouver, and a combination of local and organic hops from growers in Washington and Oregon.
