Vancouver’s renowned west-side diner is making its return! Previously called Paul’s Restaurant, this cherished community favorite is reopening as Paul’s & The Elbow Room under new proprietors. Established over 50 years ago and famously highlighted in the film Wild, the diner was once run by John and Margaret Yu, who retired after 32 years of ownership. The new owners have renovated the venue with significant updates while preserving the essence of the original—a warm, family-oriented restaurant featuring a cocktail lounge.
