Formerly known as Ross, this is DOGPAW's flagship dog park. Located next to the BPA Ross Substation, this site is almost 12 acres of open fields and hills. The park entrance is located at the NW 15th St end in the lower section of the park. The upper NE 18th St entrance is for handicapped users only.
