When her father dies unexpectedly, graphic novelist Alison dives deep into her past to tell the story of the volatile, brilliant, one-of-a-kind man whose temperament and secrets defined her family and her life. Moving between past and present, Alison relives her unique childhood playing at the family’s Bechdel Funeral Home, her growing understanding of her sexuality, and the looming, unanswerable questions about her father’s hidden desires. Performances are February 7th, 8th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 20th, 21st, and 22nd at 7:00 PM & and February 9th, 16th, and 23rd at 2pm. Special VIP donor hour before opening night on February 7th, Discount Day (special ticket prices) is February 16th at 2 pm, PRIDE DAY is February 20th at 7 PM and MPA Alumni Night February 14th - Tickets are $30.00 to $21.00 with special discounts for Military/Students/Seniors (we participate in Arts4All)
