Kid's Crochet (Ages 10+)
Calling all young makers! This one-hour beginner class introduces kids ages 10 and up to the joyful world of crochet. In a relaxed, encouraging setting, students will learn the foundational stitches and techniques as they create a bookmark for summer reading.
No experience necessary — just curiosity and a willingness to try something new.
Ages 10+. An adult must be onsite during class.
What You'll Learn: How to hold your yarn and hook, the chain stitch, single crochet, slip stitch, and how to fasten off.
Supplies: All supplies are included. Each student will receive worsted weight cotton yarn and a crochet hook.
A written pattern will be provided in class, and a video tutorial will be shared afterward so students can complete their project at home.
