In this colorful and fun Crochet Garland Workshop, you’ll learn to make a charming garland of stars, perfect for decorating any space!
Skillset: Some crochet experience is helpful, but adventurous beginners are welcome!
Supplies: Worsted weight yarn in as many colors as you would like - we recommend the Woolstok bundles as they're already prepared in a beautiful palette of mini skeins. This is also a great stash busting project!
Size 4mm or 4.5mm crochet hook
In this hands-on class, you’ll learn:
How to make a magic ring to start your star
Key crochet stitches like the puff stitch, half double crochet, and double crochet
How to block your stars for a polished finish
And how to attach the stars to a crochet chain to complete your garland
A pattern will be provided, and you’ll leave with the confidence to create more garlands for any occasion. All supplies can be purchased in the shop before class—come ready to crochet and have fun!

Becka, Founder of Radiant Beans and traveling crochet instructor around Portland and Vancouver, has worked to perfect her craft for the past 17+ years. She divides her time between Radiant Beans, gardening, baking bread and taking care of her two sons- the Beans.
